Children and youth

All children age 0-18 (up to end of Y13) need to be pre-registered to enable us to prepare well, get large enough teams of leaders in place and enough resources. We also need a big team of volunteers to support our children’s and youth work, so please help if you are able.

Volunteering

Our celebrations cannot run without a team of volunteers serving in a variety of roles. Please use the links below to sign up and offer your help! As well as welcome, refreshments and car parking we’ve added a site team, to be available from 8am for general helping particularly moving boxes of toys around and setting up tables, so please sign up if you are able!

Travel and parking

There is lots of on-street parking in nearby roads, as well as the option to park at Seacourt Park and Ride and either walk (20mins) or take a bus to the Osney Island stop, a short walk from The King's Centre (there will not be dedicated shuttle buses from the P&R).

Parking at The King's Centre is very limited and we want to make the celebration accessible to all, therefore parking spaces for those who need them, must be booked in advance.

If walking in from off-site would be problematic because you have disability or mobility issues, or elderly members of your family or lots of small children, then you can reserve a space using this form below (if you are unsure please contact CarolB@rootsandrivers.uk)
