Join us in a new season for our Salt & Light Advance family of churches! At our Celebration on Sunday 5 November 2023, 10.30am-3.30pm we will commission Rich and Anna Ellwood as they step into leading the Advance team. With guest speaker Colin Baron’s help, find your place in God’s purpose for us as a family of churches moving forward with common vision and purpose.
The day will include worship, preaching, children and youth activities, prayer ministry, and shared lunch. We’ll have a fun-packed afternoon with activities for all ages, including Adventure+ bringing their climbing wall and other activities, alongside a wide range of other options and seminars.
What is a Celebration
Celebrations are key once-a-year opportunities for our whole family of churches to gather (in a joint service with several hundred people) to enjoy (‘celebrate’!) a greater level of worship, preaching, prophetic and prayer ministry, and find partnership in vision and purpose. We warmly encourage you to make it a priority. If you’ve not been before, come and meet your wider/extended family in God!

The event safeguarding lead is Carol Byrne (Witney).
Celebration offering
Our Celebration offering this morning is an opportunity to give into a fresh initiative in Europe. The fund will allow us to invest in sending teams to Europe, to support Steve and Lorraine as they take the lead in a fresh gathering of the churches in Europe, and strengthen our wider Salt and Light family as we heed God’s call to invest beyond ourselves.
