Following the success of ILC18 in Kenya, we are delighted that DC Umoja have offered to partner with us again to host our first ‘all welcome’ in-person leaders’ conference since the pandemic. Our lives, churches and spheres have changed significantly since we were last all together seven years ago and so this will be a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, introduce younger leaders to our international family, learn about what God has been doing around the world of S&L and be refreshed and equipped for the next season.

It will also be a significant moment in the history of Salt & Light as Steve Thomas hands over leadership of the S&L International Apostolic Team to Joemon Joseph. Not only does this mark a transition from one generation to the next, but also a transition from European leadership to an Indian leader, reflecting the increased importance of the church from the ‘Global South’ in today’s world.
